SCERT J&K, DIET Doda organise ‘School Leadership Development Prog’

Doda : School Leadership Academy, State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Jammu and Kashmir in collaboration with District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Doda on Wednesday organised a one day School Leadership Development Programme on the implementation of New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 here at conference hall of CEO office.
The Programme was attended by 35 Head Masters of District Doda.
Chief Education officer, PraladBhaghat inaugurated and validated the program. He laid emphasis on the importance of transforming schools as per the guidelines of New Education POLICY. The Educational Leadership Programme was facilitated by Dr RabiaNaseem Mughal Sr Academic officer and Divisional coordinator School Leadership Academy SCERT J&K. The deliberations were held on introductionof SLDP programmeand Role of Educational leaders in Implementation of New Education Policy 2020 with a motto ‘Every Child Learns and Every School Excels’. Besides, Head Masters were introduced to online PSLM courses floated by NCSL- NIEPA NewDelhi.
District Nodal Officer SLA J&K, Kismat Singh coordinated the programme and facilitated participants on how to develop an annual pedagogical plan for schools.
