Ramban : On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner and overall supervision of District Social Welfare Officer Rahul Gupta, Mahila Shakti Kendra, Ramban organized an awareness camp regarding women helpline at upper Maitra and Bowli Bazar.
The programme was attended by Supervisor, Workers, Helpers and a large number of women.
During the camp, the team of MSK circulated helpline no. including women helpline number 181, MSK helpline no 01998295591 and Childline no. 1098 besides personal no. of MSK staff.
Meanwhile, Resource persons made participants aware regarding prevention and elimination of violence against them and the role of women in the progress of the Nation as a whole.
After that MSK team distributed handouts to workers and helpers.
