Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police Thursday said that it have arrested the woman who had lobbed a petrol bomb at the CRPF camp in Sopore area of northern district of Baramulla.
“Sopore Police arrested Petrol bomb thrower woman (Haseena Akhtar) There are three FIRs under UAPA against her. She is an OGW of militant outfit LeT, ”IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said.
On Tuesday last, a burqa-clad woman hurled a petrol bomb at the CRPF bunker in Sopore. However, no damage was reported in the incident. IGP Kashmir on Wednesday had told reporters that the police had identified the woman and she would be arrested soon
