KU’s HRDC organises webinar on ‘Excellence in Teaching’

Srinagar  : Kashmir University’s UGC-Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) on Friday organised a national-level webinar on ‘Excellence in Teaching in Higher Education Institutions’.
Vice-Chancellor, Guru Ghasidas Central University Bilaspur, Prof Alok Kumar Chakrawal was the chief guest and guest speaker on the occasion.
A renowned expert in the field of academic administration, Prof Chakrawal spoke about the possibilities to achieve excellence in higher education teaching. He shared his professional and personal experiences that can help teachers to elevate their academic careers.
The session was highly interactive and helped the participants to visualise a teaching platform that suits the current times.
Director HRDC Prof Mushtaq Ahmad Darzi delivered the welcome address and focused on the role that the HRDC plays in enhancing the academic activities in higher education.
More than 100 participants across the country participated in the webinar, which ended with a vote of thanks by Coordinator, HRDC, Dr Sumeer Gul, who also moderated the session.
