DC Reasi reviews progress of dev projects

'Rs 45 lakh being expended on face lifting of 3 schools under Tribal Plan'

Reasi | :Deputy Commissioner (DC) ReasiCharandeep Singh Monday chaired a meeting of district officers to review progress of projects and redressal of public grievances received by the departments.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Jyoti Rani Salathia; ADC Abdul Satar; CPO SunitaKanchan; PO ICDS RenuKumari; ACD Dr AnirudhRai; GM DIC, CMO, CEO, DSWO, DPO, ARTO and other district officers.
The meeting discussed progress of ongoing projects, human resource audit, implementation of e-governance, office to office coordination, development of milk village, face lifting of schools under tribal plan, approach road to nursery at Gran, clearance of works liabilities, e-sharm registration, working of monitoring cells, field inspections etc.
It was informed that Rs 45 lakhs will be spent on the face lifting of MS HariWali, MS Kanskhasa and GMS Thuroo, the DPRs for which are under process and include provision of necessary infrastructure in coming days.
Officers of Animal Husbandry were instructed to ensure setting up all 57 dairy units in Jerri village which has been selected as Milk village in the district. The DC also asked the concerned to follow self employment proposals sponsored to different banks for early approval of loan to the beneficiaries.
The Chief Horticulture Officer was instructed to visit the site of nursery at Gran where approach road is being constructed to provide access to laboratory and resolve issues with the locals
Instructions were passed to ALC for gearing up e-sharm registration to cover all workers working under MGNREGA, Horticulture, Agriculture and unorganized sectors.
The DC further asked ALC to fix day wise targets first and then proceed accordingly after involving all departments.
