Dist Adm. Kulgam celebrates ‘Yogyata say Rozgar Mahotsav’

Kulgam:  The District Administration Kulgam Thursday felicitated newly recruited Class IVth candidates during a function organised at Mini Secretariat here to commemorate ‘Yogyata say Rozgar Mahaotsav’.
The Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat felicitated these candidates in presence of District Development Chairperson, Mohd Afzal Parrey and other officers.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that transparency, accountability is the hallmark of administration and the outcome of this selection is an example of that transparent, accountable and merit based recruitment system.
He added that the aim of this program is to encourage these selected candidates and to promote and propagate the message of this transparent and merit system.
The DC also added that the District Administration will provide library service to facilitate educated youth to prepare for civil services and other competitive exams and the said library will be made functional soon in the district.
Meanwhile, Yogayata say Rozgar Mahotsav celebrations were also held at Devsar, Pahloo, Frisal, Qaimoh, Kund, D K Marg, D.H Pora and Manzgam blocks and more than 100 persons were felicitated on the occasion.
