Welcoming the suggestion of the Deputy Commission forward, Dr Noor Ali Principal shared that the institute will soon have a permanent facility of Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening cum Training Center to provide the service to the public in the remote areas also. “HCWs will be trained to perform screening in GMC Doda and in remote areas as the device is portable and does not require infrastructure” he assured.
Meanwhile, over 100 female patients were screened during the camp. Dr Noor Ali Principal, GMC Doda appreciated the efforts of Dr Madhu, Dr Babar and all the Nurses and Residents for organizing this noble activity in GMC Doda.
