DIC Ramban organises awareness camp at Ukhral

Ramban: District Industries Centre, Ramban Thursday organised an awareness camp here at PWD Dak Banglow Ukhral to educate the locals about various self-employment schemes being implemented by the Department including PMEGP and other schemes in industrial & Service sectors.
While welcoming the participants, General Manager DIC Ramban, VishwaJeet highlighted the schemes being implemented by J&K as well Central Government, so as to make the youth job creators instead of job seekers.
He asked the participants to register themselves with the DIC to take benefits / subsidies from various youth and beneficiary oriented schemes. He also highlighted various schemes besides encouraging them to start their small ventures in the PMEGP scheme under manufacturing and service sectors.
The BI, DIC Ramban, Sachin Sharma also sensitized the participants about procedures and various formalities required for registration under MSME and uploading of application forms under PMEGP scheme.
The participants and PRI Members thanked GM, DIC and other staff members for organizing the programme besides guiding them and making them aware about various schemes.
