Baramulla: Bashir Ahmad Sheikh a senior reporter of vernacular Urdu daily Alsafa passed away in his ancestral town Baramulla.
Bashir Ahmad Sheikh was much popularly called “ Bashir Alsafa” because of his association with Alsafa newspaper for a very long time. People friendly and humble, Bashir Ahmad Sheikh left for heavenly abode one and half month after demise his wife.
Expressing heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the bereaved family, Kashmir Horizon prays for peace to the departed soul. People from cross section of society including social and political organizations condoled the demise of Bashir Ahmad Sheikh alias Bashir Alsafa.
