Bandipora: Police public interaction meetings were facilitated by Bandipora Police at DPL Bandipora & in the jurisdiction of PS Pethkoot and PS Sumbal while following Social distancing norms and other protocols.
At DPL Bandipora, the interaction meeting was chaired by SSP Bandipora Rahul Malik accompanied by DYSP Hqrs Bandipora, DySP DAR Bandipora and SHO PS Bandipora and was attended by respectable citizens, civil society members of Bandipora area.
During the meeting, the participants raised various issues related to police and other civil departments. The chairing officers assured the participants that their genuine grievances pertaining to police will be resolved on priority and the issues pertaining to civil administration will be taken up with the concerned departments for their early redressal.
While addressing the participants SSP Bandipora urged them to help police in maintaining peace and tranquility in the area and assured them that Bandipora Police will stand with the people of the area in maintaining peace and stability besides eradicating the menace of drugs and other social crimes from the society.
Similarly, police -public interactive meetings were also organized at Panar, Kralpora Pethkote, Arampora and PS Sumbal. These meeting were chaired by respective SHOs and attended by respectable citizens. The participants in these meetings raised various grievances to which chairing officers assured the participants that their genuine grievances pertaining to police will be resolved on priority and the issues pertaining to civil administration will be taken up with the concerned departments for their early redressal.
The participants in these meetings assured their full cooperation to police in tackling social evils.
Participants hailed the efforts of police in facilitating community interaction meets where participants express their opinion freely.
