Power Shutdown in Srinagar parts

Srinagar: According to the Power Controller, Kashmir Province, Srinagar, in order to carry out stabilization and branch cutting, shutdown of 33KV Badampora-Safapora line shall be observed on October 28 from 10 am to 5 pm and the power supply to the areas fed from Receiving Station Safapora shall remain affected.
Similarly, to facilitate Project s Wing to execute works related to IDPS/ PMDP (U), shutdown of 33 KV Pampore- B K Pora line shall be observed on October 24 and 25 from 10 am to 5 pm and the power supply to the areas fed from Receiving Station B K Pora and Khanda shall remain affected.
Also, to carry out installation of 132/33 KV PT set on the main bus under PSDF works, shutdown of 132/33 KV Grid Station Pattan and Magam shall be observed on October 24 from 9 am to 5 pm and the power supply to the areas fed from the said Grid Stations shall remain affected.
In order to facilitate Projects Wing to execute works related to IPDS/ PMDP (U), shutdown of 33 KV Budgam C hadoora Line shall be observed on October 24 from 10 am to 4 pm and the power supply to the areas fed from the said 33 KV line shall remain affected.
To carry out augmentation works under IPDS (Sgr) and replacement of 33 KV electrical equipments with fresh one, shutdown of 33/11 KV Receiving Station Danderkhah shall be observed on October 24, 26 and 27 from 10 am to 5: 30 pm and the power supply to the areas fed from the said Receiving Station shall remain affected.
Also, to carry out thickening/ twining of conductor from Receiving Station Magam Village Arwah, shutdown of 33 KV Ahmadpora- Beerwah Line shall be observed on October 26, 27 and 28 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and the power supply to the areas fed from Receiving Stations Khag, Beerwah and Arizal shall remain affected.
To carry out repair of 132 KV Tower (BN) and replacement of damaged insulators string at Tower 20 (BN) besides restoration of double circuit from Tower location 04 to Tower 42, shutdown of 50 MVA, 132/ 33KV Grid Station Lisser and 132 KV Mirbazar Lissar TL shall be observed on October 25 from 9 am to 5 pm and the power supply to the areas fed from the said Grid Station/ Transmission Line shall remain affected.
Similarly, to carry out disconnecting of the 33 KV Tap line of Government Joinery Mill from 33 KV Trunk line, shutdown of 33 KV Pampore- Pampore (Pantha Chowk) line shall be observed on October 24 from 10 am to 10:45 pm and the power supply to the Cement Plant in Khrew area and to the areas fed from Receiving Stations Lasjan and Pantha Chowk shall remain affected.
