Kulgam/July, 29: Continuing its efforts to keep people away from Covid-19, Police have distributed face masks among the people in a massive drive in Kulgam district.
Police party headed by In-charge Police Post Mirbazar distributed masks among the people in the area and advised them to follow precautionary measures in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 pandemic.
General public of the area appreciates the effort of Kulgam police for launching such drives.
Besides, acting tough against the violators of Govt orders, Kulgam Police have fined 75 violators and fine to the tune of ₹14,600 was collected from them.
Police have once again requested the general public to follow the directions issued by Government in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Also, those who are found violating the restrictions will be dealt strictly.
