Ganderbal, Sep 1: A 65-year-old man died after suffering an electric shock at his home in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Tuesday.
Officials told GNS that one Ghulam Ahmed Ganie, son of Ghulam Mohammad Ganie, resident of Bunpora Gogjigund, aged about 65-66 years, received an electric shock at his residence.
He was immediately shifted to District Hospital Ganderbal, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
