The OSD recently informed the chief education officers of all the districts, that he would make himself personally  available at all districts to clear In-situ promotion classes of teachers.  He also issues a date and district wise roaster for the same. But for unknown reasons he failed to visit Anantnag and Ganderbal on July 13 and on July 18, the dates which were fixed for the said districts according to his roaster. On July 18, though he visited Bandipora, but according to teachers he has not cleared files but raised unnecessary queries there fore has put hurdles in the process of Time-bound promotion of teachers.
