Srinagar/May,1: One more COVID death has been reported from South Kashmir’s Pulwama district and with this three deaths have been reported in last 24 hours in different parts of Jammu & Kashmir. The COVID-19 death toll in Jammu & Kashmir has now mounter to 31.
Confirming the third COVID-19 death in Pulwama a top doctor at the District Hospital Pulwama said “70-year-old-man was brought dead to the hospital Monday morning. The sample taken in the morning tests was found positive”, adding that ” body of the deceased has been kept in isolation and will be handed over to the family as per COVID-19 protocol before evening today. “The man had comorbidities like COPD,” the doctor said.
As already reported a 72-year-old man with comorbities from Doda and a 45-year-old man from Shopian died Monday morning at SKIMS Soura. With these fatalities, the coronavirus death toll has climbed to 31.
