New Delhi/May,30: The Centre on Saturday announced the extension of nationwide lockdown in containment zones till June 30. For reopening of school and colleges, the decision will be taken in July.
State, UTs will hold consultations with parents, other stakeholders on re-opening of academic institutions from July: MHA. The Ministry of Home Affairs said reopening of prohibited activities in areas outside containment zones to be done in phased manner. Activities to be allowed from June 8: Religious places of worship for public, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services, night curfew timing revised; now movement of individuals prohibited between 9 pm and 5 am across country, said MHA.
