Sell apple, buy apple to bail out crisis hit apple industry :Qayoom Wani to apple merchants, Kashmir buyers

Srinagar/May,17: Former President Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) and civil society leader while expressing concern over the stocked apple asked the local populations of Kashmir to buy Apple to bail out orchardists ND people connected with the apple trade in Kashmir valley.
In a statement issued here on Sunday Wani said that all of us are aware that due to unprecedented lockdown thousands of tons of apple could not be sent outside markets and as such the situation is dangerously affecting apple growers and economy of Kashmir. Asking people to show collective conscience to respond to the current situation vis-a-vis Apple trade in Kashmir Wani advised local populations of Kashmir to buy apple in abundance keeping view the fact that undisputedly. He said ” as a humble Civil Society Member I would like to advise people in general, friends and acquaintances in particular to prefer buy apple for their families, your relations and friends”, adding that “I must say that everyone may share this message to the maximum possible circle of friends and I simultaneously appeal the fruit merchants to sell apple at minimum possible profit and make home delivery arrangements” .
