Ang: District Magistrate Anantnag, Bashir Ahmad Dar, Friday held a meeting of the education department to review its role in combating COVID – 19. CEO Anantnag, Dy. CEO, DEPO and all the ZEOs attended the meeting.
The DM stressed upon the CEO to ensure deputation of teachers in all the quarantine centres of the district, besides ensure downloading of Arogya Setu App in the mobile phones of all the employees of the education department and create awareness among common masses regarding the importance of downloading of the said App.
He also asked for linking of more and more students through online mode of teaching, besides ensuring increase in coverage of students.
