Shifting of employees, workers matters to CAT Chandigarh sheer injustice with employees, lawyers, revoke the order immediately: Qayoom Wani

Srinagar:Former President Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) and civil society leader Ab Qayoom wani on Friday expressed his anguish over the order passed by the govt regarding the shifting of sevice matters of employees, workers and pensioners of Jammu Kashmir and Ladkh to CAT Chandigrah and called it a tyranny.
In a statement issued here on Friday Wani said that this order is totally unjustified and anti employee.Wani said that this order will bring utmost miseries to the employees and others associated, it will restrict the jurisdiction of JK High Court which is against the wishes of employees,workers,pensioners of UT’s of Jammu kashmir and Ladkh and it will be very difficult for the employee to reach chandigrah for their sevice matters causing them loss of economy, time and mental agony . Employees and pensioners will become the first casualty of this unjustified order. Wani said that this order also against the wishes of lawyers fraternity and will affect their working and repo badly . Wani urged upon Gol for immidiate revocation of this order.
