Srinagar: Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Prof Saif Ud Din Soz on Wednesday said that Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory Government has no authority to tamper with domicile laws and as such “illegal domicile ammendment” will further internationalise Kashmir issue.
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Soz wrote “the JK Union Territory Govt has no authority to tamper with Domicile laws. only the Elected Govt that can do it. I am sure the latest order issued at the behest of the Centre. Kashmir Issue is on UN agenda. Illegal Domicile Amendment will internationalize Kashmir further”.
