Mir Abass

The government of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir said civilian traffic on the highway was banned from 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Sunday and Wednesday until May 31, to allow for exclusive movement of security convoys. The decision comes after a suicide bomber rammed his car into a military convoy on the same highway – a lifeline for a large number of civilians – in Kashmir’s Pulwama town, killing at least 40 army personnel in February.
In an order issued on Wednesday, the government spokesman said: “Keeping in view the large movement of security forces on the national highway during the parliamentary elections and associated possibility of any Fidayeen [suicide] terror attack on security forces’ convoys, the state government has notified specified days in a week for the movement of security forces from Srinagar to Jammu. During these days, no civilian traffic would be allowed on the National Highway.”
Some Mainstream Polticians call themselves Mujahid-e-Awal ,Some call to restore presidency and Prime Minster while as some say we want dual currency and road link to Pakistan. Some call for plebsite. But one wonders ,why don’t GOI charge them of Treason and book them under Public safety act because they cause rebellion.I request to the GOI to put these traitors behind bars because they cheat all and if they do anything good ,they only fill their coffins with money and money and cause communal tension . Now, the freedom of 10 million people is being chocked. You can not move on roads on particular days even if you are pregnant lady and about to deliver,Even if you are a Heart patient even if you have met an accident- You can’t ply on roads.Children can’t go to School .You can’t buy medicine. And it is 300km long Baramullah Jammu highway that connects the disputed kashmir region with the rest of the country and connects inter districts.
The partial ban was ordered in connection with the recent fidayeen attack when a car rammed into the Canvoy and killed scores. But the recent decision to ban civilian movement has directly being imported from Israel , Because in Gaza certain roads are blocked for Gazans citing the same reasons .Gazans resist , But our people are right Now busy in drum beatings and have wore garlands round their necks and are over drunk in this festival of multiphase 11 April Elections. Anyway the decision to close roads is inhumane, non democratic and is the best example of Aparthied and you can’t see such a kind of terror packed inhumane decision in recent history. I wish people stop agitational politics and hard measures, and organise themselves and fight this apartheid systematically with peace.
