Srinagar: The victims of the January 17 fire incident in which two residential structures were gutted at Balhama Mulfaq were Wednesday provided a cash relief of Rs 20000.
Deputy Commissioner Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary gave away cheque worth ₹10000 each to the two victim families.
The cash relief was provided out of the district Red Cross fund. The victims were also provided blankets, kitchenware and bedding.
