Srinagar: Seven persons, including a woman and her daughter, were injured in a gas cylinder blast in the border area in north Kashmir district of Kupwara on Sunday.
Official sources said that a gas cylinder exploded inside a residential house at Karnah in Kupwara on Sunday, resulting in injuries to seven people. “The injured were immediately taken to a medical facility from where they were referred to Sub District hospital Tangdhar,” they said.
They said the condition of the injured is stated to be stable.
