Srinagar: In connection with the World Human Rights Day, the police detained Kashmir Economic Alliance Chairperson, Haji Muhammad Yasin Khan from his office in Lalchowk Srinagar,the spokesman said.
“Khan, who also heads the Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation as whisked away to Kothi Bagh Police Station soon after he reached his office,” the spokesman in a statement said.
Joint Resistance Leadership had given call for peaceful protests against human rights violations in Kashmir.
Meanwhile the spokesman of the KEA and KTMF has condemned the police action.
