Srinagar: Peoples Conference Chairman Sajad Gani Lone had that Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) as will have for the first time its Mayor from his party addicting his party will also take over the control of municipal bodies in Kupwara, Handwara, Sumbal, Pattan and other towns in Kashmir valley.
Taking to micro blogging social networking website twitter is a Sajad Lone wrote “all set inshallah to have the first mayor from PC. Expecting very good results. Time to give Srinagar what it deserves. A set of hardworking people who work there on the ground”.
In his yet another tweet Lone wrote “And PC all set to take over urban bodies in kupwara Handwara Langate Sumbal and Pattan among others. Let us hope we r able to contribute to planned urbanisation which I believe is the future.”
