Srinagar, Sep 27: A militant and an army man were killed in an ongoing gunfight in Dooru area of south Kashmir’s Anantnat district.
Army’s Srinagar based Spokesman Rajesh Kalia told KNS “One militant and one army man were killed in a gunfight still continuing in Gasigund village of Anantnag district in south Kashmir.
The operation is continuing and further details are awaited. The gunfight was erupted after government forces launched a cordon and search operation in the area during which militants fired on the forces personnel who retaliated.
