Srinagar, Oct 14: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast light to moderate rain at many places across Jammu and Kashmir on October 14 and 15, with light snowfall likely over higher reaches.
According to the latest weather update issued by MeT Srinagar, generally cloudy weather is expected during the period, with thunder, gusty winds and hailstorms at isolated places towards late afternoon, late night and early morning hours of October 15.
The department has forecast generally dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir from October 16 to 24.
From October 25 to 27, the weather is expected to remain generally cloudy, the forecast said.
