Srinagar/Sept, 23: Police on Sunday said that a gunfight erupted in Aripal village of Tral area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district after government forces launched a search operation in the area.
Police on its twitter handle said “encounter started at Aripal Tral. Information is preliminary in nature”.some militants are believed to be trapped in the cordon laid by the government forces, said the reports emanating from the area. More details are awaited
