Govt orders transfers in civil administration

Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir government Monday ordered transfers and postings in civil administration. According to an order, Farooq Ahmad Rather, chief executive officer, Integrated Watershed Management Program is transferred and posted as Director Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir.
Sudershan Kumar, additional secretary Rural Development and Panchayati Raj shall hold the charge of the post of chief executive officer, Integrated Watershed Management Program in addition to his own duties till further order.
Mehmood Ahmad Shah, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department is posted as regional director Survey and Land Records (ex-offico settlement officer) Anantnag.
Ajaz Abdullah Saraf, secretary J&K State Commission for Women, under orders of transfers as secretary J&K Khadi, Village and Industries Board, is posted as additional Transport Commissioner, J&K.
Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, regional director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio settlement officer) Anantnag is transferred and posted as Commissioner Survey and Land Records, J&K.
Shubra Sharma, awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of Divisional Commissioner Jammu is posted as additional district development commissioner Kathua.
Shafqat Iqbal, member J&K Service Selection Board, is transferred and posted as additional secretary, Public Works Department.
Khurshid Ahmad Sanai , additional district development commissioner Budgam shall hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Doodpathri.
Muhammad Sultan Malik, member J&K SSB is transferred and repatriated to the Finance department(his parent department for further posting).
Akramullah Tak, joint director, Employment, Kashmir is transferred and posted as regional transport officer Kashmir.
Ashish Kumar Gupta, deputy excise commissioner(distillers) Jammu is transferred and posted as deputy excise commissioner, toll post Lakhanpur.
Ashok Kumar Sharma, deputy commissioner, commercial taxes(appeals II) Jammu shall hold the charge of the post of deputy excise commissioner( distilleries) Jammu in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Ghulam Jeelani Zargar, deputy commissioner commercial taxes(recoveries) Srinagar shall hold the charge of the post of deputy commissioner commercial taxes(vigilance and inspections) Srinagar in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Jahangir Hashmi , additional secretary, Planning Development & Monitoring department) is transferred and posted as additional secretary , General Administration Department( monitoring).
Vaibhav Kohli, additional secretary, Housing & Urban Development department, is transferred and posted as additional secretary, Information Technology department.,
Ravi Kumar Bharati, additional secretary, Higher Education department, is transferred and posted as additional deputy commissioner Bhaderwah.
Muhammad Shafi Dar, under orders of transfer as Custodian, Trade Facilitation Centre Salambad Uri is posted as deputy secretary, Horticulture department.
Seema Bharati, under orders of transfers as deputy director Handicrafts is posted as deputy director, Horticulture, Jammu.
Suheel Ahmad, deputy secretary Ladakh Affairs department is transferred and posted as Custodain Trade Facilitation Centre Salamabad Uri.
Shafqat Khan , joint resident commissioner( New Delhi) is transferred and director to the Health and Medical Education Department for further posting.
Prerna Raina, additional secretary in the Resident Commission, J&K government, New Delhi shall also look after the work of nodal officer migrant cell New Delhi.
Shamim Ahmad Kraipak, administrative officer in the office of divisional commissioner Jammu is transferred and directed to report to the Tourism department(his parent department for further posting.
