Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday ordered that Muneer Ahmed Khan presently ADGP Home Guard & Security will work as ADGP Law & Order in addition to his own duties.
An orders issued by the Home Department of Jammu & Kashmir Government on Tuesday said “Muneer Ahmed Khan, IPS (JK:94), ADGP Home Guards and Security, shall also function as ADGP (Law & Order), J&K, in addition to his own duties.
In respect of law and order matters, the two Zonal IGPs of Kashmir and Jammu shall report to ADGP (Law & Order), J&K, under the overall command and control of DGP.”
