DC, DIG Rajouri-Poonch Range and SSP join devotees
Rajouri : The Janmashtami procession and celebrations were marked by religious spirit in Rajouri town and other parts of the district.
Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma along with DIG Rajouri-Poonch Range Sandeep Wazir, SSP Naresh Singh, ADC, Ravi Kumar Sihag; ACR Mohd Jahangir Khan and other officers joined the congregation.
The Janmashtami procession passed through the main areas of Rajouri town, with devotees participating with religious fervour and enthusiasm. The occasion was marked by a festive atmosphere, with people coming together to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.
The officers also interacted with the participants and conveyed their best wishes for peace, prosperity, happiness and well-being of the people of Rajouri.
