Ang: Vice Chancellor University of Kashmir, Professor Khursheed Iqbal Indrabi, in presence of District Development Commissioner Anantnag Mohammad Younis Malik, Monday inaugurated the Nursing & Paramedical Institute at the university’s South Campus Anantnag here.
The building housing the institute has been constructed at a cost of Rs. 718.44 lac.
The institute has already started classes for the first batch of B.Sc. Nursing course comprising 50 students. Admission process for the second batch is in progress.
Director South Campus Anantnag, Registrar KU, Dean Academic Affairs KU, Dean College Development Council KU besides other staff and students of the South Campus Anantnag were present on the occasion.
