Jammu: Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh has extended warm greetings to the people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Mahavir Jayanti, the birth anniversary of Lord Mahavira.
In his message of felicitations, Dr Singh said Lord Mahavira was an apostle of truth, peace and righteousness. He further hoped that such occasions strengthen bonds of brotherhood, amity, harmony among the people.
Deputy Chief Minister also prayed for peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
