Jammu: Agriculture Extension Assistants (AEA’S) of Kashmir from Department of Agriculture organised a one day Convocation at SKICC Srinagar. Lot of measures for developing Agriculture in State were discussed. Employees put forth vaoius demands before Minister for Agriculture Gh Nabi Lone Hanjura who assured that demands will be looked into. On this occasion Minister encouraged the role of AEA’S. He termed them as Ambassadors of Ziraat. Secretary Agriculture Showkat Ahmad Beig, DirectorAgriculture Kmr Altaf Aijaz India bit & Director Agriculture Jammu H. K. Razdan also praised the role AEA’S & discussed the achievements deptt. On behalf of AEA’S JKATA president Junaid Shah, Sunrinder Radotra & Dr Khurshid presided over the function. They assured the higher ups that they will work hard to give Agriculture a new charm in State. Mir Mukhtar Ahmad & Syed Tajamul also participated in the convocation.
In the convocation first slide shown was from Mir Mukhtar Ahmad’s work Mushkbudji Trial at Circle Gopalpora of Zone Tailwani Anantnag. The trial had got successful & a publication on the same has been accepted by a reputed journal & it will be published Soon. The farmers have thanked their effort.
