Srinagar: After releasing him for few hours, authorities have again put Hurriyat (M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq under house arrest at his Nigeen residence.
Mirwaiz after addressing Friday congregation at Nowhatta’s Jamia Masjid was immediately put under house arrest. “As their whim and fancy desires, coming back from #JamaMasjid again put under illegal #HouseArrest !,” Mirwaiz wrote on Twitter.
