Srinagar, June 28: Inspector General of Police, Shri Munir Ahmad Khan has issued directions regarding the cut-off time for vehicular traffic on Amarnath Yatra route in Kashmir.
According to his directions, the cut-off time at Shaitani Nallah for Baltal-bound and Pahalgam-bound Yatra vehicles will be 1500 hrs and 1530 hrs respectively. The cut-off time at Yatra Transit Camp Mirbazar for Baltal-bound Yatra vehicles will be 1600 hrs and at Yatra Transit Camp Walnut Factory, Levdora, Qazigund for Pahalgam-bound Yatra vehicles will be 1630 hrs.
In the order, IGP has also directed all the concerned officers to ensure that no Yarta vehicle be allowd to move forward after the cut-off time at these palces.
