Facebook, Instagram, Twitter , Snapchat and WhatsApp – nowadays these names are common to everyone’s inflection. Male, female, young, old everybody is aware of this menace. These names are gaining so much popularity I feared that people in near future might name their children like these things. These things can be adjusted and one could tackle the problem by qualitative education and awareness programs but now mobile games like COC, PUBG, ACE 3 , Asphalt and other vulgar soft wares like TikTok adds fuel to fire . These things are catching fame as fast as dry woods caught fire.
We all are aware about the uses of social media because from our primary schooling we are compelled to learn the essay on “uses of social media” so there is no need to discuss these uses and benefits here . These uses are well known to every English essay notebook. Despite of those uses which are limited to fifteen line essays these things lead human civilization to it’s Doom. These things Share much more than any other means to add immorality, vulgarity, nudity, adultery and other throat slit activities to the society. These things are beneficial and useful until these are in hands of intellects. When these things are tossed upon illiterate masses and unaware educationists these things become plague for society. These things are like termites which decomposes society leaving outer impression shinny as the termites decompose plywood leaving it’s outer layer fresh.
Children, youth, women even elders are too fond of these things that they can hardly tolerate to make time for their other activities like exercises, meditations and prayers. People in public places, buses, marriages even on death Mourning’s seems busy with these things. Their eyes are always dipped in their mobile phones. We have degraded ourselves too much that when any accident happens people make clips and shot photos rather to take injured ones to hospital. These things have influenced masses too much that people put their problems and worries on these things to find solutions rather to get advices from veterans. These things have left impression to the extent that people hardly bare without displaying their enjoyments, achievements and sorrows on it. People share news without any confirmation. We share lies and rumors without any proper investigation and proof which later paves hazardous like calamity. I still remember the day when someone tossed rumor on social media that the “children who have injected by vaccine are getting sickened because vaccine was out of date”. People ran to hospitals like lunatics. Everywhere was hue and cry. Without any proper investigation people share the news with their nears and dears and compel them for summersault in those harsh conditions when people feared to roam on the roads even in their gardens in front of their houses. Recently there was news that someone has lost twenty three lakh in fraud scam and he was fooled through WhatsApp. I astonish where we are living? What kind of education we are learning and imparting? If our sense nervous are not getting nourished by present and so called modern education that what kind of education we need. Than from where we have to coin it? One can tolerate this oppression and psychological interrogation from illitrate social media scholars but ones heart comes to mouth when one sees our so called educate class also falls in same ditch . Face book journalists have tossed clay and black ashes on profession of journalism. These pseudo and immature journalists telecast lies and rumors in hunger of TRP on their social media pages and channels. Without any proper investigation they spread lies and rumors with melodious heart touching background music. These malencholy sad tunes have become trends now. These sad tunes paralyse power of sense and judgment. They misguide society and torn it into fragments.
Social media indeed have globalized the whole world in a single village but it has also imparted non sense residents to it.
