Jammu: Governor Satya Pal Malik in his message on the Good Governance Day, which is observed every year on 25th December, has conveyed that it should be the Government’s continuing endeavour to provide prompt, efficient, transparent and totally accountable administration for the betterment and welfare of the common citizen.
