Jammu: The body of all the three truckers missing after their vehicle came under a landslide on Srinagar-Jammu highway were recovered on the ninth day of rescue operation on Wednesday.
National disaster response force (NDRF), in collaboration with SDRF, army and local volunteers had been searching for the missing truckers from past Wednesday.
Officials said the bodies of three persons who were missing after the landslide at Battery Cheshma on Nov 5 were rescued Wednesday after a nine-day rescue operation.
The deceased were identified as Karaj Singh S/o Manjeet Singh (26), Joginder Lal S/o Gurbachan Lal (45) and his son Joginder Lal (21) – all residents of Punjab.
