Srinagar/Aug, 31: Muneer Ahmad Khan, ADGP, Home Guards, Security, and Law and Order, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here Friday and briefed him about several important matters relating to Security and Law and Order management in the State. He also briefed Governor about the deployment and role being played by the Police in conduct of annual Amarnath Yatra.
Governor emphasisied the importance of a secure environment being maintained in the State and stressed that all Security Forces must act with complete synergy to achieve effective security on the ground.
