Srinagar: Conglomerate of local militant outfits United Jihad Council Wednesday said the nomination of Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai as Chairman Tehreek-e-Hurriyat will have positive impact on Kashmir Freedom Struggle.
As per a statement issued to local news gathering agency CNS, Syed Salahuddin, Chairman United Jihad Council while hailing the nomination of Sehari said that spent his whole life for Islam and Freedom Struggle and he possess all the leadership qualities.
“Only an able leadership can take this Movement to logical conclusion. Fortunately, leaders in Kashmir are able and daring,” he said.
Syed Salahuddin while condoling the demise of noted journalist and prolific writer Sahil Maqbool said that he was also a victim of state terrorism. Salahuddin expressed sympathies with the bereaved family.
