Says “Majority of members concerned over PSA detention of lawmakers”

Srinagar: Stating that the National Conference (NC) will bag all the four seats in the Rajya Sabha elections, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday said that he didn’t think that imposing Public Safety Act (PSA) against MLA Doda was necessary.
