Samba | :  Deputy Commissioner Samba, Ayushi Sudan Monday inaugurated a multi-Speciality Medical Camp at Municipal Committee Vijaypur, marking a significant milestone in the Sewa Parv 2025 celebrations.

The initiative reflects the administration’s unwavering commitment towards promoting community welfare.

After the inauguration, the Deputy Commissioner conducted a detailed inspection of the state-of-the-art Blood Collection and Transport Van deployed for the camp. The DC meticulously reviewed the medical facilities and services being provided by attending doctors.

In a heartwarming gesture, she interacted with a voluntary blood donor, commending his selfless contribution to society and encouraging others to follow suit.

Addressing the gathering, DC Ayushi Sudan emphasized the critical importance of public health and community welfare, stating that initiatives such as medical camps, blood donation drives and sanitation programs form the backbone of a robust and compassionate society.

In a significant announcement, the Deputy Commissioner clarified that while this may be the final blood donation camp of Sewa Parv 2025, such essential services will continue uninterrupted as an ongoing responsibility towards the people, transcending the boundaries of any campaign or celebration. This commitment signals a paradigm shift from event-based welfare activities to sustained, year-round public service delivery.

The Deputy Commissioner also highlighted the comprehensive approach being adopted for social development through various beneficiary-oriented programs including sanitation drives, health camps, animal husbandry camps, old age and widow pensions, Mission Yuva and HADP schemes. These initiatives collectively aim at creating an inclusive framework for sustainable development and social upliftment across the district, ensuring that no segment of society is left behind in the journey towards holistic progress.

The event witnessed the participation of ACR Samba, Chief Medical Officer Samba, along with officials from concerned departments and local representatives, reflecting the collaborative spirit driving public welfare initiatives in the district.
