Srinagar | : The Indo-Australian delegation, led by Sajid K Saiyed of the Bharat CSR Network on Monday called on Waqf Board Chairperson Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi.
The meeting followed their discussions with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. The delegation presented various proposals focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at enhancing public welfare in the region. During the meeting, the delegation and Dr. Andrabi explored a range of potential projects, including infrastructure development, technological partnerships, sustainable development initiatives, educational programs, and rehabilitation efforts. Dr. Andrabi expressed her appreciation for the delegation’s proposals, highlighting their potential benefits for the public. She assured that these initiatives would be reviewed in upcoming Board meetings, with decisions made based on their feasibility at the ground level. In response, Sajid K Saiyed thanked Dr. Andrabi for her valuable insights and expressed eagerness to collaborate with the Waqf Board to promote public welfare throughout Jammu and Kashmir.
