Researchers from India, Abroad Converge at ICETMR-2025 Hosted by GGM Science College

Rajouri |: The Two-Day International Conference on Emerging Trends in Multidisciplinary Research (ICETMR-2025) concluded on August 21, 2025, at Government Gandhi Memorial (GGM) Science College, with a valedictory session attended by notable figures including Prof. (Dr.) K.S. Chandrasekar, Vice Chancellor of Cluster University of Jammu, and Sukhleen Kour from the Higher Education Department of UT of J&K.

The conference provided a dynamic platform for academicians, researchers, and scholars from various countries to discuss innovative research and share ideas. Over the course of the conference, nine technical sessions were held across three venues, accommodating both offline and online participants. A wide array of research topics was presented, with significant contributions in Chemical Sciences focusing on sustainable practices and healthcare applications, while the Commerce, Economics, and Management sessions addressed global trade and digital entrepreneurship. The Languages, Humanities, and Social Sciences segment saw the highest participation, emphasizing cultural narratives and the humanities’ role in society. Life and Environmental Sciences highlighted critical issues such as biodiversity and climate change, while Mathematical and Computational Sciences showcased advancements in AI and analytics. Additionally, Physical and Earth Sciences presentations explored renewable energy and materials science. The event featured invited talks from distinguished experts and included a cultural showcase of Jammu & Kashmir’s heritage, enhancing the conference’s vibrancy. Dr. P.S. Manhas, the Convener, presented a detailed report on the diverse research contributions, while Prof. Chandrasekar, in his address, commended the conference for promoting collaboration between emerging and established researchers. He underscored the importance of aligning research with societal needs and addressing global challenges. The proceedings were managed by Dr. Revika Arora, with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Prof. Akanksha Parihar, marking a successful conclusion to the enriching dialogue and scholarly exchange at ICETMR-2025.
