Says “Under Cong Rule India Witnessed Terror Attacks Daily”
Srinagar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah emphasized the significant improvements in national security under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, contrasting it with the frequent terror attacks during the Congress rule.
Addressing a function at Jaipur in Rajasthan Home Minister highlighted decisive actions taken against terrorism, including surgical strikes following the Uri attack and airstrikes after the Pulwama attack. Shah said that ‘Operation Sindoor,’ launched in response to the Pahalgam terror attack, as a demonstration of India’s commitment to protecting people and borders, sent a clear message to potential aggressors. Shah also noted the broader achievements of the Modi administration, stating that India has become the fourth largest economy globally and that 22 million people have been lifted above the poverty line. He underscored the government’s efforts to ensure that the benefits of cooperative programs reach all citizens, reinforcing the vision of a prosperous, secure, and developed India under Modi’s leadership.
