Srinagar | : Police on Saturday said that it has set up dedicated Grievance Cells in Kulgam and Handwara to support families affected by terrorism, Stating therein that these cells aim to provide structured institutional assistance to address their grievances.
According to a Police statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar In Kulgam, the grievance cell is located at the District Police Office, and individuals can reach out via a dedicated helpline at 9469733008 or through email at [email protected]. In Handwara, affected individuals can contact the Additional Superintendent of Police at 9541907500, the SSP Office at 01955-295586, or the Police Control Room at 7051404201 during working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM. Grievance applications can also be submitted via email at [email protected]. All grievances will be forwarded to the relevant departments for prompt resolution.
