Says “Sufi shrines are the centers of harmony & hope”
Jammu : Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, Chairperson J&K Waqf Board on Thursday participated in the Annual Urs of Peer Baba Budhan Ali Shah in Jammu.
For the first time, the Waqf Board set up canopy areas to help visitors cope with the heat. A large crowd participated in the Urs, and special prayers were conducted for peace and prosperity. Attendees praised Dr. Andrabi for her efforts in improving the shrine’s facilities. She emphasized that Sufi shrines promote harmony and hope, and reaffirmed the commitment to ongoing development by the Waqf Board.
