Srinagar :Police said on Friday that Awantipora Police on Friday continued its special drive for destruction of wild cannabis in the jurisdiction of Police Station Pampore here on Friday.
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar Police said that a Police Party of Police Station Pampore headed by SHO Police Station Pampore alongwith officials of Excise Department under the supervision of SDPO Pampore launched a special drive against wild cannabis and destroyed cannabis which was cultivated on a vast area (approximately 10 kanals).
