Silent voices in intolerant India

Ever since Modi led government has taken the charge at New Delhi , the restrictions on freedom of expression have been imposed to silence dissenting voices in entire India. Though they claim to be the champions of democracy but the BJP functionaries at helm of affairs are tending to impose decisions of their own will on unwilling populations of all hues in the country and their associates, like minded people and followers are showing similar attitudinal tendencies postures . In fact they have crossed all limits to silence the voices of minorities, deprived, unprivileged & weaker sections of the society. From Subramanium Swamy to Sambit Patra the hater mongers of the present day India no one wants to be behind to release their controversial statements to remain in the news. Every other day they raise new issues against the minorities and a particular community. Every crime related to minorities is justified by these mouth pieces of Sangh Parivar. Killings of innocents in the name of beef were tackled by mere misleading statements and the culprits have been set free, as if they haven’t committed any crime. Every effort is being done to hush up the cases to save the culprits. Though cases relate to different places of various states , but these mouth pieces do not loose time to become the fast track judges & attribute every unlawful activity either to minorities or to the weaker sections.
Upset by the brute failures of the dmonetization exercise of the Modi government, they tried to save their skin by raising the issues of Tripple talaq, beef ban and lately Nawab of Mysore Tipu Sultan and by doing so they are themselves exposing their inner face & evil mission. They tend to redefine democracy to on their own whims and wishes. Though they have no right to interfere in the religious matters & habits of eating but they have started tinkering with the relevant Islamic laws to declare Tripple talaq an unlawful act which otherswise is a safety for women in Islam. Unfortunately none of the scholars of Islam have challenged them openly due to fear of threat. Opposition parties who take pride in their secular credentials tend to be silent instead of countering their ideological opposites. The controversy they have generated on king of Mysore speaks itself of their intents to curb the religious voices of a particular community. They have tried to raise the emotions of the majority community in India against the strong man Tipu Sultan only on the lines of religious affiliations. They don’t have the courage to debate all about the contribution of this loyal king for the freedom of the future generations of their country. He is the only king , who has got martyred while fighting the British, that too when India was not liberated. People like Sambit Patra don’t have the knowledge to discuss this king. Better for Patra to read history in its original form. Subramnium Swamy , the most polarizing person in India, has only one mission and his only missions is to defame one particular community & discussing biological fathers. Islam has not spread on the edge of Sword. History is witness to the fact that muslims have been living in India from the times other communities live in this country.

Despite all the religious jingoism of the fanatic hindu communalists the minorities in India have shown tolerant approach, which is appreciable. The only motive of hindu communalists is to divert the attention of the public from the issues of public convenience to religious emotions.

When Dr Manmohan Singh was leading India , these gentlemen left no option to defame him not here only, but the entire world. The noble PM of India was abused, threatened and insulted. From a mere hike in domestic LPG cylinders or petroleum products, every Indian was on his toes. People were being instigated. Though the crude oil prices at global level were so high, yet Dr Singh kept GDP intact. Indian economy was recognized world over. Cultural identity , communal harmony and freedom of expression was safeguarded. Manmohan Singh was dubbed the weakest Prime Minister of the country. From last two years , the prices of essential commodities including those of domestic LPG cylinders have touched sky rocketing heights. The prices of crude oil have gone all time high, but surprisingly the people claiming to be the champions of a welfare state are silent over the unpopular decisions Modi government is taking to shatter the economy in India . The fact is that present dispensation has not a leader of the caliber of Dr Manmohan Singh.
Atrocities on minorities & weaker sections were also witnessed in distant past , but the culprits were not daring to commit crimes under open sky. Now a days criminals associated committing crimes under broad day light are pleading innocence despite uploading videos , posting statements and threats on social networking sites against the minorities. The recent example is of Rajsamand Rajasthan. Mouth pieces of Sangh become their advocates and justify their crimes. Is there anything left for democracy to survive and flourish in this country. Whenever people try to break their silence, people like Vinay Katiyar , Sakshi Mahraj, Sadhvi Prachi get activated to divert the attention of the public from basic issues. They always add fuel to the fire. Despite all the religious jingoism of the fanatic hindu communalists the minorities in India have shown tolerant approach, which is appreciable. The only motive of hindu communalists is to divert the attention of the public from the issues of public convenience to religious emotions. Taj Mahal, which adds thousands of crores of rupees to indian economy is being discussed by the enemies of humanity. Even country’s biggest mosque Masjid Jamia Delhi is being targeted by a controversial MP. These hate mongers never discussed the custodian properties in various parts of Indian, looted properties in Punjab, Jammu and Gujrat. For them Rawan was not the enemy, but the prople who fought for the freedom of india are enemies. Why this criminal silence of people of India.
